Meadow to the south of the camp

Meadow 1 Although at present the meadow seems to be unused, its appearance remains very much the same as we remember it from our time in Tweedsmuir Camp in the 1950s when it was used for grazing cattle.

Meadow 2 Surrounded by a thick forrest of trees and bushes the meadow, albeit relatively flat, slopes gently northwards as shown in the two images opposite.
