Officers' Mess Foundations (2004)

Present remains of the Officers' Mess comprise foundations, which rest at the southern end of the camp's main road. The foundations, outlined by 2 red lines, are now obscured by years of vegetative growth.

Water to the Mess was supplied through a stand pipe that emerged through the western edge of the foundation.

The yellow line in the third photograph delineates further foundations of the Officers' Mess. As with all concrete foundations in the camp, these are edged by a course of red bricks.

In the background of this picture lies a meadow, which during the Canadian's tenure was cared for as a lawn.
